How To Post TikTok Videos on Instagram?

A great way to show off a music video or production that you created is to post a TikTok video. A lot of people put in a bunch of effort into these videos on TikTok, so why aren’t they posted to Instagram for people to watch?

Below is how you can post TikTok videos to Instagram.

Two ways that you can add a TikTok video to your Instagram:

1. Sharing Private TikTok videos

2. Sharing Public TikTok Videos

Sharing Public TikTok Videos

Videos that are visible to everyone on TikTok and Musical.ly are public. They are normally made by someone else, but how can you share this on Instagram? You can do this by following these steps:

1. Open TikTok and tap + at the bottom

2. Hold the red button to record or upload a video from the gallery

3. If the video comes from the gallery, tap next

4. Once the captions and editing are done, tap next

5. Select Public on who can view this video

6. Tap on the Instagram icon and tap post.

Once the video is posted to TikTok, it will send you to Instagram, and you will see stories and feed, so pick one.

The video will then post to your Instagram, and you can edit or post it based on your choice and then share it.

Sharing Private TikTok Videos

Posts that can’t be seen by anyone, but you are private. If you want to share this on Instagram without posting it to TikTok happens to be easy. Just follow these steps:

Note: Be sure to save the video to your gallery and then post it to Instagram

1. Open TikTok and tap + at the bottom

2. Hold the red button to record or upload a video from the gallery

3. If it is uploaded from your video gallery, tap next

4. Once it is captioned and edited, tap next

5. Select Private on who can view this video

6. Go to me and choose private TikTok video

7. Tap on the three dots on the right

8. Tap download video
